Yesterday I kept it super chill as well as just did some laundry (hello my ultra clothes were filthy) as well as grocery shopping.
Then, I went to the shopping center to discover a gown for my brother’s wedding event that is TODAY! Ahhh!

I believe the style of my Camiseta Sport Club Internacional weekend fuel was “eat all the things”. Today it’s time to get back on track so right here are my mini-goals for the week:
1. Monday – Friday: eat clean. I’ll have a piece of wedding event cake since it’s a when in a lifetime kinda event, however that’s it for the sweets.
2. organized snacks, no snacking. I have a new protein powder I am hoping is going to be outstanding as well as I want to utilize that for one of my snacks.
3. stamina train 2x times this week.
