instead of sleep walking I think I was sleep running this morning! I went out for an easy 6 Camiseta Cerezo Osaka miler and at the turn around point glanced at my Garmin. Um, I guess I never thought to turn it on. So, I turned on half way through my run ?

When I got back I warmed up with a quick shower and bowl of oat bran. It was cold this morning and I wanted a warm breakfast. In the mix: oat bran, almond milk, salt, vanilla, chia seeds, stevia. topped with PB.
I also ate a bowl of strawbs. They are on sale and delicious best now!!
I have to say Congratulations to one of my best friends, Susan. She got engaged to Rondell weekend!
This is Susan and Srivas (Ben’s friend) walking down the aisle at my wedding. I cannot wait to go to her wedding ? Rumor has it they will have a destination wedding! now I’m even much more excited!!!
