Hello! I recently heard about the new Body lab protein powder by J Lo. and turned down an offer to try it considering that I have so lots of protein powders I dig at home ideal now. But, considering that I’m in Florida I needed to pick one up to have here. I identified the Body lab Decadent chocolate flavor at the store and made a decision it was time to try and channel my inner J Lo. and give it a whirl.
First I tried a protein shake with just Body lab protein Powder, almond milk and ice. It was good.

But the next day I blended it with some raspberries and a scoop of PB – it was great! (It also comes in Vanilla.)
New running shorts review…
For some reason I only packed 2 pairs of running shorts. I don’t know.
Anyway. instead of washing clothes every 2 days I made a decision to hit the store for an extra pair.
I identified these Danksin Running Shorts – they are probably about 7” long. I kinda think they’re a tiny bit too long. Why can’t someone make 5” running shorts so my thighs don’t rub, but I’m not generally wearing odd capris?! <- Wait. They do make 5” Camiseta Manchester City shorts, I just haven’t seen them at Camiseta Selección de fútbol de Inglaterra the store. Ever.
Also, I only found them in gray, but I know they make them in black too. I was terrified the gray would give me odd looking sweat marks, so I’ll keep you posted on that.

I got a substantial watermelon cup Camiseta Liverpool FC for iced coffee!!! I’m incredibly ecstatic about it. Hey, it’s the little things in life, right?
Love it. now I need to fill it up with diet DP and I’m all set for life!
