I Didn’t Do the Kim Kardashian workout however I Did Run 10 Miles

Hello! exactly how was your weekend? Mine was packed with tons of running as well as food as well as GLITTER. I ran the rock N Roll Los Angeles half Marathon yesterday morning as well as may have used a great deal of it. I’ll share my race recap as well as pics next, however I wished to publish a few of the weekend fun first. (Check out Instagram for photos if you want to see why I was using glitter.)

First. I am consumed with grapes. I purchase them every day. Then, I eat them all as well as go to the store as well as purchase more. Every day. Note: The rug is rolled up since I was doing a 21 day repair workout as well as always roll it out of the method to make room.

I hit up the RnR LA half Marathon expo Friday. I went early to try as well as beat the Los Angeles traffic. That kinda sorta worked in that it only took 1.75 hours to go 40 miles instead of 3 hours.

I packed a snack for the journey…

The rock N Roll Los Angeles expo was still quite empty when I got there so I did a quick walk around however tried to jam Camiseta Selección de fútbol de Suiza out before Friday evening rush hour.

I went out Friday night as well as discovered myself at a donut shop in the middle of the night. strange exactly how that happened.

But the donuts were so fresh! The man was dipping the chocolate ones best as I walked in! It was magical.

Saturday morning I ran 10 miles at 8:36 pace. It was sluggish going out as well as quicker going back home. The weather condition was completely awesome for a run as well as I wished to do more, however cut it at 10 since I had 13.1 the next day.

After my run I took a walk with Ben to get coffee. He always gets some sorta pastry when we go. That day it was coffee cake as well as an Camiseta Real Madrid apple tart. fortunately neither one of these are truly my jam so I had one bite as well as sipped my tea. (I already had coffee before my run.)

(Side note: This is a great bit Intuitive eating reminder. I like donuts as well as ate a donut the night before. because I’m not rejecting myself treats it was simple to avoid a pastry I don’t truly like.)

I saw this Kim Kardashian workout dvd at the 99 Cent Store. I thought about getting it since I do want a Kim K. bootie, however I don’t have a dvd player as well as am quite pleased with my beach Body on demand stuff.

It was beautiful on Saturday as well as a bit bleak on Sunday.

After the race I spent a long time at my parent’s home as well as then headed to Chuck E Cheese for my niece’s birthday. She has a adorable costume, however wasn’t truly in the mood to wear it. I did have a great deal of fun playing the games with her though.

The grand finale of the weekend was Sizzler. I was so hungry by dinner time as well as craving the most legendary salad! I made a huge one with tons of hard-boiled egg. With menudo on the side since that’s exactly how we do it.
