2013 new Year’s Resolutions

It is type of strange that I am so not a “Type A” person, however I like new Year’s Resolutions. It’s my one bit anal thing? outside of that I think about myself quite chill, feisty however chill – does that make sense?

Anyway, I chose my Running Resolution while I was running the Santa Barbara Marathon. As I organized my retirement I chose I wished to focus on half mary’s in 2013…

1. I will run 13 13s in 2013!

Yes, 13 half Marathons next year.

I already chosen the races too. I haven’t registered for them yet, just chosen ‘em out

I would likewise like to really train as well as pr Camiseta Bayern Munich in the half.

Oh, as well as I’m registered for a full in February. assumption I’m coming back from retirement. Shocker. (All my effort not to make an unsuitable shocker joke best here.)

2. go to yoga and/or cross train twice a week.

5. get organized. At home, work as well as RER.

6. go to China. or some similarly incredible trip.

7. Take much better care of myself – get sufficient sleep, wear sunblock, only wear running clothes if I am running. Hello.

8. select happiness. as well as FUN! Last year was about being Fearless. This year will be about FUN. as well as RUN. ing.

Yeah, I want to be a cross between a banana as well as Zach G on the fun scale. kind of.
